Welcome. Before you click on the green Book Now button (at the bottom of the page), please read the following information:
For Current/Existing Patients
If you are an existing patient of Dr. Krueger and have previously been seen in our office (even one time), click the green button and you will see a new page with two tabs. Only use the LOGIN tab. Please do not use the register tab. If you already have a passcode, enter it in the space provided.
If you do not yet have a passcode, click on the Request New Passcode at the bottom, fill in the requested information, and the system will email you your passcode. Note: enter the first and last name as we know you at Symtrio. For example, if you have a short version of your name that we use for you in the office, that is what the system expects as well.
NOTE: If you have tried to login and the system will not send you a passcode, it may be due to you not having a preexisting email in our system. If this is the case, we have to manually add your email into the system before you will be able to book online. Please call our office so we can do that for you. We apologize for the inconvenience. We’ve asked our software developers to work on a fix for that.
For New Patients
If you are a new patient to Symtrio Chiropractic and have never been seen in our office, after you click on the green Book Now button (at the bottom of the page) and are taken to a new screen, click on the REGISTER tab. Do not use the Login tab which is only for existing patients. The system will ask you to provide your first name, last name, telephone number (incl. area code), and email address. The system will email your passcode to the email address you provided.
New patient time slots are 60 minutes. If you are not having success finding a time that works for you, please call our office at (250) 862-2002 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
While we make every effort to insure the appointment times you see online are still available, there may be rare occasions where the system double books or overlaps appointments with other patients. If that is the case, we will contact you at our earliest opportunity if a modification has to be made to your appointment.
