Online Booking

Please read the following instructions before scheduling your appointment:

For Current/Existing Patients

• Click the green button at the bottom of the page
• Enter your passcode or request a new one (please don't register again)
• If requesting a new passcode, your name will need to be entered exactly as it was originally.

NOTE: If you have tried to login and the system will not send you a passcode, it may be due to you not having a preexisting email in our system. If this is the case, we have to manually add your email into the system before you will be able to book online. Please call our office so we can do that for you. We apologize for the inconvenience. We’ve asked our software developers to work on a fix for that.

For New Patients (60 Minute Appointment)

• Click the green button at the bottom of the page
• Click on the Register tab
• Provide your information and a passcode will be emailed to you

NOTE: New patient time slots are 60 minutes. If you are not having success finding a time that works for you, please call our office at (250) 862-2002 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

While we make every effort to insure the appointment times you see online are still available, there may be rare occasions where the system double books or overlaps appointments with other patients. If that is the case, we will contact you at our earliest opportunity if a modification has to be made to your appointment.
